The Appearance Of Glitter

Broken. Smashed. Shattered.
Pieces scattered. The whole lost.
Reduced to fragments.

But the magic world
is a holographic world.
Each piece is the whole,

always entangled,
entire, always connected,
coherent, inspired.

Just coruscating . . .
The appearance of glitter.
Just coruscation.

Magic is physics
that’s not in the textbooks yet.
Everywhere we look

we see the glitter
of a holographic world.
All the king’s horses

and all the king’s men
can’t put us back together.
Because we can’t break.
